Nonreceipt of pension in my bank A/c

Ref. P.P.O. No. 38885

I did not submit annual Life certificate in Nov08 through Andhra Bank, St. Andrews School Br. My pension was not released from Feb 09 . I got life certificate from my Br. Manager and submitted it personally on 26th April to your office at Barkatpura, 3rd/4th floor as directed by PR dept. Iwas told it was entered immediately on your computer and my pension would be released forthwith by EPFO . I could approach bank and ask them topay me.

Alas! it has not been released even today on 9th May09 .

Please inform what is the problem from from your side?
