Mtnl websites dont function

Hi i am from thane my name's Kavitha Ravi and this complaint is regarding yr websites non of which are functional... how do you expect yr customers to make any online payment when every site shows oops! the site may have changed or some weird things saying yr site may have changed... pls do something about it as everybody doesnt have the time to stand in queues in order to make your bill payments ..my number is 21713535 .
