Red Light at Jhulelal Mandir and Street Dogs in New Moti Naga

Hi,

This is to bring into the notice that the condition of the pedestrian in the New Moti Nagar Locality has worsen. This is to inform that there is not any blinker or the red light at the Jhulelal Mandir to stop the fast moving vehicles. This is very threatening to the life of the people who wish to cross the road. It will be very costly to ask for the subway at that place. But only a blinker or the red light could solve the problem. Also the stray dogs in the New Moti Nagar area are worsening the life of the citizens. I have also written to the Hon'ble Pesident of India regrading this issue. It will be great help if you also look into these two matters and help the citizens.
