Delay in getting passport

I am submitting this complaint 3rd time, but i think it is being neglected every time

i am Meenu Arif & had applied for a passport in june at passport office srinagar my passport file no.is SGR Z120038 of i have got all the necessary clearances for my passport in october but is stuck in the RPO srinagar from almost a year now.i visited tne office more than 4 times in last 2 months and every time i was assured of getting the p.port in a weeks time, but haven't got it till date.i am daily checking the status on website and since 11 months it flashes the same message that " We regret that due to some unavoidable circumstances we couldn, t send the passport but will be sending it in a weeks time.

I am desperately in need of passport and there fore request the concerned authorities to end my sufferings.

i shall be highly thankful
