I have been your customer for the last 4 years. My consumer number is :14545. I had booked for a 2nd cylinder on 15/02 with yourVellangallur Agent "Trinity Indane Services, Vellangallur. P.O, Thrissur (Dist)- 680662, vide Indane Customer DBC Registration Register No. WL No.827. I have been frequently following up with your agent to get the 2nd cylinder for the last 1 years. But I was not supplied with the 2nd cylinder till now.. I would request you to register my complaint and take it up with your logal agent and see to it that I get my 2nd cylinder immediately. Your immediate action on the above will be highly appreciated.
