Terrible noise of speakers of commercial party area

Hi,

We are facing lot of trouble because of a commercial party area behind Hotel Rajwada, Someshwarwadi, Baner Road, Pune.

There is a party area behind Hotel Rajwada where commercial parties are happening. They play very loud music using big speakers. Decibel levels are very high sometimes more than 100

These parties usually go till late night and music is kept on till late night.

In addition to this, they have placed high voltage hallogen lamps, focus of which directly come to our building (Dhavalgiri) which is creating a terrible nuisance.

Please help us to stop this kind of party areas causing troubles to surrounding residential area
