In reference to above Redemption Code, your company had to provide the below mentioned Gift hamper (B) after the depositing the essential amount of Rs.1699/- in the shape of demand draft, and I deposited accordingly Rs.1699/- vide DD No.041188 dt.21.04.2008 of the AXIS Bank, Jammu.
The items under the gift hamper B are as under:
(1) Speakers Creative 2.1 SBS A300 OUT STANDING
(2) Reebok Sunglasses RECEIVED
(3) Reebok Bag RECEIVED
(4) Britannica SCD Entertainment Pack RECEIVED
(5) IFB Microwave Oven 17PM1S RECEIVED

When I approached to the dealer of HP M/S. Morex computers, 12 B/C, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu along with the packing checklist, which is sent by your company along with the items mentioned *** of above and I showed him the check
list to collect my speakers Creative 2.1 SBS A300 from him, for which I had paid your company through the DD for Rs. Of 1699/.
But the dealer M/S. Morex computers, Jammu has refused to give me the above said speakers, stating that he has already given the speakers along with the computer on 14.04. whereas the dealer has charged Rs.1057.69 VAT Rs. 42.31 (Total Rs.1100/-)on account of the value/cost of the speakers which were given to me by the dealer. (Copy of the bill is enclosed for ready ref.)
Therefore when the dealer has charged for the speakers through the written note/document i.e. Challan/Cash Bill, he can not cover the Item in question under the specific terms & conditions laid down by your company on company’s Web Site WWW.H.P.Com/in/Promotions, to claim the gift items/ incentives under the gift hamper “B”, the claimant had to deposit Rs. 1699/- through DD on account of the items including the Speakers Creative 2.1 SBS A300 to be sent to the purchaser of HP pavilion desktop computer.

it is not understood that how can be the dealer provide the set of speakers without the fulfilling the eligibility conditions imposed by the company in which the most important condition is depositing a DD for Rs.1699/-, before the items are handed over or sent or despatched through the courier company to the purchaser of a new HP Pavilion computer. Particularly in the current situation where cost of a glass of water is being charged, therefore question of giving a free set of above said speakers by the dealer in this case, does not arise.
This is a case of cheating by the dealer or the incentive promoting company, and the due items have to provide me by the either party without any further dealer before the matter is taken up to the hon’ble consumer forum, at Jammu.
You are therefore requested to provide me the set of Speakers Creative 2.1 SBS A300 within 7 days period so that legal proceedings against your company and the dealer for a malpractice, cheating with the consumer, may be avoided.
