Local police clearance certificate

Dear Sir,

Respected Sir, my daughter passport has been issued from Bhopal and her permanent address is of Jabalpur, MP. Presently, since September she is working at Hyderabad till date. Sir, I would appreciate if you could guide us how to get the local police clearance certificate from our local area police station or is there any other process to get it and is there any tatkal facility to get the above certificate and whom shall I approach.
