For last so many months my aritle bill is charged for Yahoozone services charges though the service has nvere been used by me.
Thoug everytime a SMS for cancellantion of service comes along with the charges message but if you tuy to unsubscribe it fails.
So once again i will like to say that all the money charged in my account sould be remitted since the service is never used and all the efforts to unsubscribe have failed.
This is a case of absolute cheeting and misuse of tust.
I am sure the needfull will be done and the money charged in by bills of aritlel is reimbursed at the earliest.
