I travelled on 18/04 by Agartala - Lumding Exp (5696) in S5 coach no NF 1758. Though it was a reserved coach, there were no water & lights in the toilets. Even the coach lights would glow only when the train moved & not when it was stationary. TTE Mr. Chayan Dutta visited the coach only once 4 checkings ticket. The coach were full with unauthorized pax. Pl give us proper service 4 the money we pay 4 reserving tickets.
