Misbehaviour and threat issued by the railway ticketing staff in Haridwa

26-01 I WANTED TO GO TO SAHRANPUR AND SENT A MESSENGER TO GET THE TICKET. HE GOT THE TICKET FROM COUNTER NO:03 FOR A PASSENGER TRAIN. I ASKED HIM TO CHANGE IT FOR A EXPRESS TRAIN (CHENNAI EXPRESS) INSTEAD THEY HAVE GIVEN A PLATFORM TICKET. WHEN I REACHED STATION THE TRAIN LEFT ALREADY. WHEN I TALKED WITH THE INCHARGE MR.GAUTAM HE SPOKE RUDELY AND WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE MISTAKE COMMITED. HE ALSO THREATENED THAT HE WILL HAND ME OVER TO THE POLICE. DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. IF I DONT GET A REPLY FROM THE RAILWAYS IN THIS REGARD I INTEND TO PURSUE THIS MATTER TILL END AND SHALL FILE AN FIR AGAINST THE INDIVIDUAL AND ALSO FILE A CASE AGAINST RAILWAYS. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO IN THIS MATTER
