Corrupt police at the gate of new delhi railway station paharganj side

I was visiting India and was entering new Delhi station from Paharganj side but the police squad checking luggage demanded Rs. 100 to allow me in with my luggage because li looked big. I requested to check the bag if the police had any concern, but the police asked me to give money otherwise threatened that I may miss the train because they could delay the checking. Ultimately the coolie gave them money and only then they allowed. I had to catch sapta-kranti Express.
