This is reference to the Order No. NAB 051894 of "The Times of India" Chennai edition.

I would like to bring to your notice that, the paper is not being delivered to my residence as promised by The Time of India. Several requests made in this regard whit the Customer Care, The Times of India. In spite of this, I've spoken to the area representative and the allocated New paper agency. But none of them have shown any interest in delivery of the News paper.

Plenty of assurance was given to my by the Customer Care executive. But non of these worked. Request you to please take up this case with "The Time of India" and assurance uninterrupted delivery of the News Pape
