PF Not getting from EPFO, New Delhi

Dear Sir,

I worked for

ADYA Systems & Software Pvt. Ltd,

Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-3

New Delhi - 110020.

6 months ago, I have resigned the company. I submitted form for PF (Provident fund) withdrawal & did many calls to New Delhi PF office for my PF enquiry but nobody received the call and i mailed them several times asking to confirm the receipt of my forms; but no reply from them.

And still my PF is not credited to my given account no.

My PF A/c no. is, DL34243/36 and Form sent by company on to PF dept. 60, Sky Lark Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 23/06/08.

kindly do the needful for my PF settlement.
