I am Rupendra kumar banjare i have submitted all the documents for the passport since NOV' 07. but passport is not ready now. when i cheked the status of application their are displaying Furnish attested copy of proof of your current address i.e. Election Comm. Identity Card/Ration Card/Elect. or Telephone Bill/Bank Passbook (all pages)/service certificate from employer etc.which should be in your name/spouse's name or in the name of parents. then i send photo copy of bank passbook with telephone bill in your office since 14/06/08 by speed post. whats the matter now, please check my application.its very urgent becouse i have to go to USA.My FILE no. is BPLZ945333.
