This is to bring to your notice that your winning prize amount of US$750, 000.00 has been approved. Your prize amount has been sealed in an insurance hardcover policy and handed over to ICC Delivery Officer Mary Ann Campbell. She has departed from United Kingdom and will arrive in India on Monday 28th February to deliver your prize amount at the contact address you submitted to this office.

As per the information we received from India Custom Authority, you would be require to pay clearance charges of Rs.24750/- when the ICC Delivery officer arrives in India. This clearance charges is mandatory according to the new law implemented by the Government of India.

Please be inform that this clearance charges cannot be deducted from your prize amount. According to Section 29-A, and Sub-Section 12 of 2008 International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) Amended Constitution, promotional companies are not permitted in any circumstance to deduct any amount from the prize money awarded to winner. Also, the India Custom Authority informed that the beneficiary of prize award is eligible to pay the clearance charges.

Promotional Companies are responsible for the procurement and facilitation of relevant documents from the Local office of the award money Country of Origin. Award winners are to observe formalities and finance all requirements as applicable to the law of their respective Countries.

The India Custom Authority warned that Mary Ann Campbell would be allow to deliver your parcel only after the clearance charges is paid, therefore you are advice to arrange the required clearance charges in order to submit it immediately they request for it. The ICC will not accept any responsibility if your prize award is not delivered to your address because of the clearance charges.

If you are not satisfy with this procedure you would be require to travel down to United Kingdom to collect your prize award. Note: no relative or representative of any kind is allowed to collect prize on behalf of a winner.
