No Service/No Refund

I have wired so much money for their web development services. After a long wait, they provided me some lauzy, basic lay out which I didn't ask for.

Also, I suggested tem to a friend of mine and they didn't receive any service after they wired the money. They don't answer our emails or refund our money, big SCAM, not professional, total thieves.
