Not receive pan card

I would like to inform u that i have not receive my pan card . your company send my pan card by overnite express ltd courier service. but courier service delivered my pan card at wrong address. My acknowledgement no is 100960100022795. I call many times to courier service but they do not respond. please check and resend my pan card quickly because I have an emergency for the use of pan card. I will be very thankful to you if you make my pan card again and send shortly
