Not refunding Caution deposit
Not issuing caution deposit to counselling students

Even i am not yet received my caution deposit amount Rs.5000/-

I completed my B.E (CSE) in T.J.Institute Of Technology, Chennai in the year 2008.

But till now i did not receive my my caution deposit amount Rs.5000/.

The College management is not responding me for not issuing the amount. They are saying that they didn't collect OTHER fees from counselling students on second year, So for that they deducted this caution deposit amount. But actually they didn't inform us regarding this and now suddenly behaving like this. Not giving proper response also.

Kindly help me out.
