Pension not transferring in Account

Sir,

My name is Dalip Singh and account no.-10952906971and Branch in Ballabgarh.

This is to inform you that I am not getting my pension in my account last 6 months and i have submitted all document as required through bank.

I am facing very big by it because my family is depand upon me as well as my pension.

I am taking round of branch but nobody clean me the information of tranferrring my monthly pension in my account as given above.

Please look into the matter and do the needful very soon.
