PAN card not received

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Bhaktaranjan Panda, have applied a PAN card on October but till not received.

ACK No. : 032610200030041

PAN: ANPPB0833N

In NSDL website it is showing despatched by post on dated: 17th October. Now my present address has changed as I joined in a new company.
