Dear Sir,

I, Yogendra Kumar had a memorable tennure of 9 month with your esteemed organisation from 16 may to 01 March. My emplayee ID.80021767.

Infact, concern is that, I have applied for my Provident Fund settlement on 05 September and at that time I have given me the number AP/HOI/5607/9595 as my PF account number with this assurance that I will get my the same within 45 days. However, even after more than 4 month have been passed and I am still waiting for my claim get settled.

Meanwhile, I have checked through EPFO website a number of time. Every time I am getting, YOUR CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

Now, I am requesting you kindly do some favour to me in this needy time and reply me with some resolution of my query.
