Non receipt of PAN card

I have been submitted the PAN application on Feb 08 for a new PAN card at Ludhiana (Pb.) But my PAN card is not received till date after tracking at on net the present status is that your PAN card has been despatched on 06-Mar by post. you are requested to send my PAN card immedately if you have recd back.
