Yet to receive PAN card since 2006

Hi,

With reference to my acknowledgement no “881020101334763’ for PAN Application in I am still awaiting hard copy of PAN card due to the lackluster attitude of NSDL. They have damaged my initially couriered passport size photograph which led me to re-courier photographs on 1st Oct 08. This time again I received an excuse of not receiving required photo size although I sent two different size of photographs.

I seek below points to be addressed and highlighted to respective member of NSDL –

Why there is no provision of sending scan copy of photo or facility of accepting fax copy although we are in the age of upgraded technology?

How many times an individual should courier the docs considering constant misplacing behaviour of NSDL?

Request you to consider my suffering and pay attention to your customer’s sentiments and experiences.
