My pan no.is AGWPN9063G.Date of applied 27 march. Acknowledgement no.061630100046502.Date of birth 01-07-1987.But sorry to say that pan card not received tilldate. My salary has stopped due to not given photo copy of pan card in reliance telecom.i have already booked complaints but no satisfactory solution received from your end.last time you give me detail that we have post by regd in may-08 but i have not received pan card.please tell me where the card is lost .if card is lost what is the process or method to issue duplicate pan card of same pan no.
