NSDL -Pan
Address not match with Passport address

Hi

Today i received one infromation from NSDL - pan department as follow

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to your PAN Application made vide

Acknowledgement no. 881010105255884. In this context, please note that we

have observed following discrepancy (ies) in your application.

1) Proof of address of Representative Assessee is not provided with the application.

2) Proof of Identity of Representative Assessee has not been submitted with application.

so i check with my address to on y passort

inmy passport not mention the home name, but i mention home name on pan card application

so what i want to do now

how i can change the detail
