Efund of PAN processing fee

I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details. My PAN no is AMYPM6615R. The acknowledgement no for my online application is 881010202226932. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee
