Pan card not allotment

Dear sir,

i have applied for pan to nsdl on 24th november. but due to lost of photograph on application the process failed. i have rebubmitted the same with all documents and duly filled but still the problem of photograph arries.

please sir let me confirm the same and actual status of my application of pan
