PAN not received

I have lost by PAN card. So, applied for the same online on 10-Apr. But still not received the same. When checked the status online on 20-May, for acknowledgement no. 881010201135595, it shows "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at NSDL".

How do get to know whats wrong with the process and what is the exact status?
