PAN CARD not receive

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my Cousin Brother PAN card dated 27/12 through Karvy Consultancys Ltd. Till now, i haven't got my PANcard.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER OF APPLICATION:050060200545294

Dated : 27 - 12 - 2007

I send one Email but No reply. Please help me.
