PF amount not yet received form submitted on dec08

Dear Sir,

You have send MY PF settlement cheque to my Bank account directly for clearing but due to name misspelled the cheque no: 809791amount Rs.6425 has been rejected and send back to the PF office but while am enquire about my PF status RPFC people saying that the cheque has been dispatched and we didn't received any return cheque. Kindly find the attached proof of delivery received from Blue dart courier for your reference of the Airway Bill Number 12385109004 which has the stamp of PF office dated June06 as an delivery date. Kindly check and acknowledge the same. You can also send the cheque directly to my communication address.
