Non start of pension

I have completed my 33 years eight months of service in Govt, undertaking/NTPC on31st May'2007 i.e on attaining age of 58 years. Even though all the papers/informations asked for has been forwarded by my organisation i.e. NTPC Ltd.but regret to submit that after a lapse two and half year, I have not recieved any pension. My pension A/c no. is DL/17812/52441/414. I request for your intervention and early disbursement of my pensio.
