O2 Atom Exec
No service/Bad product

Dear All,

I have purchased a O2 Atom Exec less than a year back, right from the start i noticed that the battery was not even lasting 1 business day, slowely it went dead, i tried to find replacement but was not able to do so as there is no one in India Authorised to either service or supply spares.

Why are we not stopping companys or importers of products who bring the product into the country without any support mechanism.
