OBC ATM Card Holder
Transaction problem

Sir

i have a saving account in Oriental bank of commerce, vasant vihar branch, dehradun. i have the ATM on same account. on 1st july evening i made two transaction of 1400/- by a CANARA BANK ATM located in sanskruti township, R.R. district secunerabad . i got 1400/- in second attempt while in 1st attempt money was swalloed by the machine. on next day i made a contact to my branch (OBC). i faxed all the necessary documents to OBC.

on 15th july i again reminded my bank people. they told me that they have already lodged a complain in CANARA BANK.

please suggest me what should i do?
