I have received e-mails from Mr. Frank Eze informing me that I have won a prize of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS then he told me to contact Mr. Charles Mekwunye the excecutive director of payment center in OCEANIC BANK OF NIGERIA PLC IN LAGOS BRANCH. then they ask me to pay some fees in order for my prize to be delivered. Sir I am confused I do not know what to do. please help me to know if these e-mails are genuine or not.

this is the last e-mail I have received from Mr. mekwunye

I received your mail and the content of your mail is carefully understood. This is to bring to your notion that this honorable department is not a personal affair, because we have rules and regulation which all the Customer/Winners must abide and follow accordingly, and no one is try to defraud you of your hard arm money.

First regarding the issue of required fee needed from you, be informed that this fee is a legal and compulsory fee agreed upon by the annual Australian Lottery international promotion organization/board of directors of this paying bank termed as the cost of Transfer which every lucky winners must have to pay before their fund can be remitted to them.

Secondly, as previously notified, once we receive this fee, we shall endeavor to effect your winning prize fund into your nominated bank account without any further Daley and your transfer slip will be sent to you for your confirmation/documentation.

Furthermore, note that all the requirements must be satisfied to enable us commence the transfer to your nominated bank account.

I understand that you are be careful over this issue and i do not blame you for you action towards this matter and at the same time, i want you to see reason on what i have just explain above.
