We are using 17 airtel connections on our company's name but the charges are being charged in an insignificant manner. Sometimes the monthly charges are being charged and sometimes not. It also happens that in one bill clip charges are being charged and on the same bill these clip charges are being waived off during next month. The same procedure happens with the monthly rental charges. We have called your customer care several times but their is no response and we still have no status why we are paying these uneven charges. Please give us the information about the concerned person so that we can have a word with him regarding this issue. Kindly revert back as early as possible.
