O general 1.5 ton split ac
Compressor fault

Sir,

I have purchased a 1.5 ton o general split ac on 11/04 from VARINDRA refrigeration (ashok vihar) bill no 111 by name of M/s NANDLAL D SONS JEW 112 MOTI BAZAR CHANDNI CHOWK. The ac has stopped working properly since two months. The varindra people say that compressor is faulty and will be changed within 10 days. Now 2 months have passed and nothing has happened. I have repeatdly called but everytime they say O GENERAL company is saying they do not have compressor in stock right now and they will come in 10 days. Now for 3 days the ac has stopped completely working and we are in miserable condition. Please see that we get the change of compressor as soon as possible
