I have purchased CAller ID Multi Function Executive Phone from OJJAS ENTERPRISES.I have paid 399 by cash. We found phone was defective and it is not worthy. I have mailed the problem to Reddiff customer support and Ojjas Enterprises Customer support but we dint receive any feedback from them. I was dissatisfied with the product and pl. ban the Rediffmail online shopping site and i request you to arrange for getting the paid amount 399.
