I have registered order for Original Tasco 30 Power Telescope with Table Top Tripod through rediff shopping at cash on delivery on 15th December. My order no is 5074729.
within a week i have received one packet from TNT courier which i had accepted and paid Rs.469/- as per the terms and conditions.
when i opened the packet i was shocked to see the VACCUME CLEANER instead of TELESCOPE insided the packet.
i immediately sent my complain to rediff shopping stating the fact. i have reced reply from them as under:
"We have read the contents of your mail and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
However, we request you to kindly let us the know the condition of the packaging which was received by you. Whether the same was in intact sealed condition so that we can assist you in better way.
Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com"

as requested by them i have given the details but after that i have not received response from them till date. i had also tried to contact on 26854086 no provided by Ojjas Enterprises but no responce from that side also.
you are therefore requested to kindly look in the matter and help me to get my product as per the ordered.
