I have given my Very Important COVER with ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS to AEROMAX INTENATIONAL COURIER SERVICES-Kaival Thakkar & Manish J. Thakkar, 56, Celler, Janpath Complex, Opp: Capital Com. Centre, Ashram Rd., Ahmedabad. on 7th May for New Jersy -USA. and at that time they have given commitment for delivery was 5-6 working days.
After that on 14th I called them and they said that my cover blocked in Kuwait Custome Dept. and it will take 2days, so my cover will delevered on 16th then again I called on 17th then they said we are ready to give you your paid charges but still it will take 2days, I urge them to delivere my cover instead of giving my money back. Mean time they have given me contac no. of Mr. Shokat - socalled their Boss in Bombay-Om Courier Services.
But today when I called their H.O. then Ms. Lalita told me that Shokat is just a employee of Om Courier Service and my cover was in BOMBAY till 15th May and then after it goes to Kuwait and now it will go New York and it will deliver on 25th May.
So today I can't do anything exept request you to help me and take some action against this type of activity.
