I have received the mail from your side about the delivery of said subject line order as per received detail you have given me the ref. no. of TNT courier is 125091243 on 17th Nov but still order not delivered, i also have checked the TNT site but status is not available. i have track the order for order no 4949829 again, but now the courier name have changed and mention as "Other" so please tell me what is the meaning of "Other".
I have been mailed you to cancel the order, inspite of that the order have despached, i don't mind if you delivered in time but today is 27th so exectly 10 days have gone and still delivery is been pending. so please do me a favour to deliver that same.
