This i regarding a flat i booked in your scheme Grandwoods Sector 92B Noida. What i should say, should be a matter of joy, happiness and pride had turned out to be a big disappointment. I am now really sorry to have made such a big investment (atleast big for a common man like me) with you.
Initially when we contacted Omaxe personnel for flat purchase request they were so humble so polite in talking. They made big promises that scheme will have this will have that etc. They categorically told us that no matter what happens we will give the possession of the flat by JULY. Even some of them promised that we will reimburse flat registration fees if flat posseision is delayed by a month or so. We beleived in their false promises and made the decision to go with the purchase of flat. And the biggest mistake was that we have not taken any thing in written and kept the faith on their words. The height of irreponsibility of your personnel is that, even it has been more then 3 years they are giving the old agremment to customer. Which delves the innocent customers like me in really weird situation
And your staff who before flat purchase is like the most polite people of this world behaves like we are their servents or we are beggars begging them a flat. One of the comment from their polite staff is " Looking at you i beleive you must have took a loan for this flat". Your staff who made promises and showed dreams before purchase of flat after purchase behaves like they are meeting for the first time and completely denies what ever they have said. After selling the flat they go through some kind of brainwash or something due to which they cannot remeber eve a single thing what they have said 6 months back. They are very confident that they or there colleague cannot make those false promises and person the customer standing in front of them is completely stupid, a liar, a cheat.
For your information what ever promises your staff has made i have wrote it and i have the written proof that a year back they promised me and my family that possession of the flat will be given to you and last month when i visited the site they told me flat possession will be delayedby 2-3 months. And last week when i went there they sais they have never said that they cannot give possession before March
