It is almost 4 years now when I invested around 5 lakhs rupees in Omaxe heights bhiwadi. I even got the allotment letter as well. However, I have come to know that Omaxe has done nothing in this project and has no plans to even start it yet. When I contacted their customer care for refund of my money with due interest, they are telling me that money will not be refunded but they can transfer my investment to some other location.
This is totally unaacceptable. I request some guidance on how I can get my money back or if required, how can I fight them in court. I am sure there are people like me out there having similiar issues but I have not heared about any court case against omaxe to get the money back. Please help to recover my hard earned money which is being used to launch many more projects but not the one it was promised for.
