Not getting cylinde

I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No. OM 11822 and my distributor is:

M/S Omkar Indane

Shop No.2, Rajdeep Apptt.,

Near Police Line, Sardarnagar,

Ahmedabad.

This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem delay in receiving gas cylinders as i have already booked complain telephonically on dated 17.10.2008.

please send as soon as possible.
