On 31-10 i make a call at your customer care dept. nd i spoke to Miss. SARITA about to change my bill plan and activate an advance rental for 2 yrs. on my number. on that time she said sir . this wil b activate in ur new bill.
and now on 2-12-08 i got my another bill i find the same problem again. So i again called up at your customer care nd the person told me that your request has not been forwaded yet.
So i ask him so you hve nt forwaded my request. so he said sir i am checking tyhe details tht u hve spoken to our customer care executives bt she has frwaded the requert.
Than i told him tht i hve the voice recording of that calls to me
which i made u on 31-10-08.
and i need the waver against it.
so kindly go through my complaint nd provide the waver.
and if u wnt to listen the voice recording. I cn snd u that also.
