The builder of our society named Pralhad Kanse in Thane area is holding 2 shops in our society, our society is 20 years old now and he has not paid a single penny for maintainence and when we approched him for the same, he is threatening us everytime, and now he has given the same shops on rent for running the classes without societys permissions and still not ready to give the maintainence and apart from that he has asked the owner of the class to file the fake police complaint against some members of our society, also he has acquired some land illegal on which he has opened an garage and also does some illegal activities over there, please guide us soo that we can teach an lesson to the builder. till now we have showed lot of patience but now he is crossing the limits.
