How to & Which Authorities to approach - BMC & Registrar of CHS, & their e IDs PLEASE.
i am am a handicaped elder who has been slapped with cases by the Management Commitee of our CHS in & through the Registrar of CHS, Mumbai for bringing out points here under :
This Email to authorities is to record facts at Minoo Mansion CHS P. Ltd, 799 JameJamshed Road, DPC Dadar, Mumbai 400014 & info thereof.
The Chairman & Management Commitee of Minoo Mansion CHS P. Ltd, Mr. Cyrus Dordi, Flat # 14, Chairman.
Mr. N. Wadia Flat # 15 & Mrs Y Daiwalla Flat # 11. Mgt Commitee menbers, in conivance with each other.
1. Top Landing has been usurped by Mr. N. Wadia adjesent to his Flat # 15.& made into a room for his exclusive use.
This has put unecessary Load on the building structure below the Landing.
This landing was initially used for storing brooms & paining meterial for regular cleaning & painting of interrior of the building.
2. Two Enclosed Garrages built in the compound, by promoter Mr. Cyrus Dordi have been SOLD & are used as offices Commercial establishments.
This is Creating a nusence
3. Terrace adjoining Flat # 14 of Mr. Cyrus Dordi has been usurped by Mr. Cyrus Dordi for his Exclusive Use & is Enclosed by a grill.
He is charging members for upkeep & maintanance of the portion of the terrace under his exclusive use
4. A room under the stairs (ground floor) has been usurped by Mr. Cyrus Dordi for his Rxclusive use.
This was earlier used to keep Garden impliments & compound cleaning tools.
5. Trees have been cut on 18.3.2008. under orders of Bhairman Mr. Cyrus Dordi, which caused damage while falling.
This has been notified to the Authorities by concerned member Mr. Zubin Bhrucha
6. The foregoing is common knowledge of members, it is minuted; & is endengering & causing disturbance to members residing in Minoo Mansion, CHS at 799 JameJamshed Road, Dadar, Mumbai 400014.
