I am staying in this cooperative for 10 years. We are 18 members and carpet are of each flat are different between 300 sq ft to 270 sq. ft

We all pay equal amount of TAX and maintenance

Now we are planning for redevelop meant of the society and the Sec. and president are insist that the benefits which re developer will give will be distributed according to sq. area of the flat.
