A courier was sent from Ajmer to Bombay on 30th June under AWB # 307178622.

It reached Bombay on 04thJuly, 09. It has since been lying at their office and no effort was made to contact the sender, I, to get clarifications, if any, regarding the address or telephone number of the receiver.

I called and talked to a very rude woman, definitely not a lady, Babita. She inquired a bit about my issue and then hung up the call.
