I book the parcel with on dot courier on 1 august (214994570) & it is reached the destination (Dehradun) on 4 august, but it is not delivered till 07/08/09. I called the local office of on dot & they will giving excuses that we don't have delivery boy today, the other day they told me that there is heavy rain. They are making excuses everytime. The service is really very bad & i don't know when i am going to recieve my parcel.
